Smart Watches: Where are they headed?



In the image above, we see footballer Jordan Henderson wearing both a smartwatch and an analogue watch. Will this be the new trend? Where is the world of Smartwatches headed?

Many believe that eventually "Hybrid" watches will dominate the world, which are a mixture between a classical watch and a smartwatch.

Others believe that Smartwatches will never be timeless as classical watches are. This is because of its chances of being outdated very quickly removing the emotional connection a wearer experiences towards an analogue watch.

Wherever this field is headed, it is a very interesting world to keep an eye on, as it is dominating the world.
