Smart Watches: A journey through its history

The image above is an image of a 1982 Seiko TV watch: one of the first attempts of integrating technology with watches.
The device launched in Japan and the USA at a price of 495$. It was essentially a TV reduced in size.

Then in 2003, Bill Gates rode the wave of smartwatches and partnered with big watch companies to create stereotype watches as the one shown in the image below.

Apple eventually entered this world to conquer it in 2015, and its impact has affected the world of watches and technology forever. Apple has paved the way for smartwatches to be considered as a "technological necessity"
